After struggling for a few weeks to find someone to take over my lease, I contacted homelocation and they fully took over from there. I sent them the keys by the poste office so they could do the visits for me as I was living over 1.5hours away, this way I didn't have to spend too much time traveling. They found the people wanting to move in, and they helped me handle the landlord, with the adequate procedures and legal obligations.
