I used this agency in Geneva to sell my house. The agent was called Winnie. She provided excellent service from start to finish and was very professional. She went above and beyond what one would expect and was very helpful in all aspects of the sale, from viewings, to dealing with the mortgage company and relocation agents. She speaks perfect English and French and was a godsend during this time, particularly as we were abroad for a while. Winnie has a thorough knowledge of the local market, is astute and dedicated to her job. I would recommend her without hesitation.

La Perle Immobilier, and particularly Maxime Cherpin, have provided an excellent service leading to the sale of my apartment. They were extremely professional and helpful throughout, particularly given the sale was conducted whilst I was overseas and unable to be in Switzerland due to Covid restrictions. I contacted La Perle Immobilier following a leaflet which had been sent by post to me. I left a message on the answering machine and within minutes I received a call back, and the same day Maxime visited my apartment. Marie-Estelle Collet then visited a couple of days later and explained how she would market the apartment. She was extremely kind, professional, good humoured. Not only did she sell our apartment quickly she sold it at the asking price and to very nice people. I cannot thank Maxime and her enough for their excellent service.
