I’m disappointed with this agency’s communication. They reached out to inform me they had a prospective tenant ready to move in, but failed to clarify the associated fees. This left me under the impression that these costs would be charged to the new tenant rather than to me, the current occupant. Such lack of transparency is bad business and creates unnecessary confusion for clients.
