We have just bought an apartment in Geneva and were delighted with the service provided by Moser Vernet & Cie. Alexandra was incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make the process as smooth as possible, including enabling access to the property to plan for renovation work and helping to suggest/liaise with suitable contractors. Couldn't recommend more highly!

The heating in the apartment has been a long-term issue. Even when the heater was supposedly fixed, the apartment remained cold. No one contacted me despite repeated complaints, and problems keep appearing almost daily. Considering the high rent, the living conditions are unacceptable and not worth the price. Very disappointing in taking action and communication

My experience with Moser Vernet was very frustrating. At the end of my lease, they claimed several keys were missing — keys I had never received in the first place. The regie even acknowledged that there had been several tenants before me and that no move-in inspections/état des lieux were carried out during those transfers for multiple years. Yet I was still made responsible and had my deposit blocked for several months until I agreed to pay 50% of the costs just to close the matter. It is extremely unprofessional to shift the burden of their own administrative failures onto tenants. Future tenants: insist on a proper état des lieux and written key handover, otherwise you risk being held liable for things that were never your fault. This company has no shame.

We were looking for a second home in walking distance to the historic city center of Geneva and we contacted several real estate and relocation agents. MOSER VERNET & Cie had a couple of apartments meeting our requirements to offer on their website. The website in French and English, which was our first impression coming from outside Switzerland, is nice and appealing. The first contact by phone in English was perfect. The person in charge for the apartment of our interest accompanied us through the full process of inquiring, visiting, negotiating, drafting and signing as well as assisting us with all additional organizational matters - very solution-oriented and flexible. We have experienced the company and our contact person as highly professional, bilingual (FR+EN) and with excellent services. We would definitely recommend MOSER VERNET & Cie.
