I would like to share a sincere and positive feedback regarding my recent experience with Regie Pilet & Renaud SA. To be completely honest, I have not always had a very positive perception of most régies in Geneva, and many people I have spoken to share similar experiences. However, I strongly believe that the image of a Regie can either be elevated or diminished by the interactions of one of its management members with its clients. In this case, Thanks to one of their management members, Mm Mylène Naizon, the Regie Pilet & Renaud SA stands as a true example of how this one exceptional individual can make a meaningful difference to its images and deeds. Thanks to here again, my situation changed completely for the better. Thus, I am not shy to mention her name. Because she truly deserves recognition. She was extremely professional, cooperative, and respectful throughout the entire rental process. Beyond her professionalism, she demonstrated genuine humanity and understanding — something that is rare and deeply appreciated. It is uncommon to find someone who combines such high professional standards with warmth, empathy, and sincere care for clients. Her approach not only resolved my situation positively but also elevate my confidence in this Regie. She is just a golden asset to the Regie. I am truly grateful for her support and dedication, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy rental professional.

Mme Valérie Dumonthay was incredibly helpful, professional and welcoming. The contract signing went very smoothly, and she took the time to explain every detail clearly and patiently. An agency showing incompetence, disorganization, and zero willingness to work. Anyone who values their time should avoid this agency. We submitted a complete application at the end of October, clearly stating that we were in urgent need of a parking spot (in their parking full of spots). They knew this, yet ignored it. On October 31st, I called for an update and was almost mocked. A week later, my file had “disappeared” and I had to resend everything. Then they claimed it was accepted but needed management’s signature — too late for a November 15th start, so it was pushed to December 1st. They repeatedly assured me the contract was signed and sent, but by the 27th nothing had arrived. When I went in person, I discovered they had mailed it to the wrong address, despite me confirming the correct one multiple times. The person in charge refused to see me and promised a call the same day that never came. In short: a month and a half wasted, perfect documents, dozens of calls and emails, an in-person visit, urgent need ignored, and still no parking spot — in a garage full of empty spaces. I am now trying to contact the property owner directly to inform him of how poorly his garage is being managed.

Recently in a new apartment, everything went smoothly and the team highly orginised, efficient and responsive.Very happy with them
