They take a long time to respond to messages and fix issues. Their employees are inefficient, slow, and lack empathy and accountability. I only work with them because I have to, otherwise I would avoid them at all costs. Terrible experience moving in to a new apartment with them.

Unprofessional. Avoid. They were our regie managing agent for c 20 years. Block of 18 apartments. Poor communication. Slow action. Rapid turnover of staff. We finally sacked them. Maybe others are as bad. But they just didn’t care. Perhaps better when individual landlord? Could hardly be worse. And not cheap.

-- Never in my life was I talked to so badly on the phone. I was utterly shocked after the phone call and so far I still cannot recover from such rudeness. -- I politely called the regie to inquire more about the application process of the apartment I became interested in after viewing. The person started EVERY sentence with a sigh and aggressive tone of voice accusing you of not reading the advert. The failure to even listen was what angered me the most. I DID like their apartment, but in the end did not apply for it. I was too afraid that if I ended up living there and some problems occurred, their after-sale service would put me in a mental hospital.

It is hard to say they are uniquely bad given that the entire rental market in Geneva is horrible but.... Communication- template, impersonal. There can be maintenance/construction work happening in your building and they will not notify you. You will just hear the bangs and drilling and realize it would not be a good day to work from home. They have zero interest in communication. Custom service- haha, non existent. They write most emails as if they are copy and pasted from past ones. If you have an issue..like, say, why do the garden sprinklers go on at 3.10am every day(!!!!), waking your entire family, when there is plenty of time later in the morning to water the grass, you will not get any help. Just blaming others and a general lack of interest, until maybe, just maybe, in a few months time someone will acknowledge your issue. This is Geneva after all, so the standard is pathetically low. There is very little interest in customer satisfaction (even if Rosset reply's to these reviews with more boilerplate nonsense)

Super nice real estate agency. The visit went well, and they kept their promises. They collaborated well when I was late to sign the lease. And they answered emails on time. I particularly want to thank Mr. Khaled Ghoulem, he was super understanding when I was so stressed about finding new location. First time I ever had an estate agent actually show empathy in 20 years.
