I had mixed experiences with Segimo, depending on who I was dealing with. Some employees were very professional and supportive. Other employees were dismissive, aggressive, and conducted business in a way that was not only unpleasant but which cost me serious money (thousands of chf). I can't say that you should avoid Segimo, but I can say that you cannot count on them to look out for your best interest. They're in it for what they can get for themselves, and if it's bad for you - tough luck.
