Before payment, she was extremely friendly, full of enthusiastic promises about finding the perfect apartment quickly in Geneva's impossible market, and applied strong pressure to pay immediately to "secure my spot" and start working seriously. Once I paid the 250 CHF in cash upfront (a highly questionable practice that immediately raises concerns about transparency and billing), everything changed dramatically. The "service" became almost worthless: she arranged one rushed viewing of the exact same apartment for what seemed like a group of at least 10 of her clients at once — without any real consideration of whether it matched anyone's actual needs or budget. That's potentially 2,500 CHF in her pocket for a single, rushed visit with no real added value. Even if you like the place, there is zero guarantee that any of her clients will actually get it — the competition is fierce, and there's no priority or exclusive access promised. In the end, the 250 CHF is simply lost with nothing to show for it. You can easily visit the same properties directly through the régies immobilières for free, without paying anyone anything upfront. After that one underwhelming viewing, she completely stopped responding meaningfully. Messages went unanswered for days, then weeks; when she finally replied, it was with endless excuses, delays, and an attitude that became dismissive and borderline rude. No further serious efforts, no follow-up, no refund — just silence or irritation when pressed. What is extremely troubling is the pattern in the positive reviews. This overwhelmingly suggests they may not reflect genuine client experiences. Multiple expat friends used other well-established relocation services in Geneva and received honest, consistent, professional help from start to finish — without any of this bait-and-switch behavior or sudden drop in communication. This was one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I've had in Geneva. 1 star is far too generous.

The strict cash-only requirement felt extremely shady and unprofessional, raising major red flags about transparency. No receipts, no real follow-up, just excuses. The large number of glowing 5 star reviews feels hard to believe after my extremely negative and frustrating experience. Highly untrustworthy – save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
