Terrible experience with Thierry Caminati, Swixim CEO. On a 450.000 EUR listing that Swixim had in Portugal , I was representing the buyer and after a long process the deal was finalized. My agency sent the final invoice to Swixim and so far no payment, no feedback, no nothing. Phone calls are not answered . Swixim customer paid the commission but Swixim has not paid to my REMAX agency and several months passed by. In all these years I’ve never seen anything has disrespectful as this . We used Swixim for a house purchases in Geneva, they provided a great service guiding us through the peculiarities of the Swiss market and making the whole process relatively easy. Furthermore, Swixim helped us end our old lease and represented us during the hand over with our landlord and his Regi, providing much needed neutrality and professionalism. In both situations I can say that Swixim have gone above and beyond expectations and I would happily recommend them to anyone who asks.
Can't say I'm happy about the fact they ignore the no-spam sticker on the mailboxes. (That or that they pay someone to ignore our requests not to be spammed)
