Let's face it: moving is usually a total nightmare! However, in my case, because of the amazing skill, professionalism, good humour, genius technical abilities, my moving team made the whole experience fabulous. Coordinated by Nadir, and then executed by a team of delightful guys - Mike, Henry, Ludo, Alex - overcame obstacles with ease, wisdom and major muscle power. They paid attention to every detail, quickly moving a full house, under very challenging circumstances due to construction and parking. No hesitation in recommending this crew! They made what could have been a nightmare almost a dream~

My point of contact for the move has always been very responsive to all of my questions and guided me throughout the entire international move steps and bureaucracy. Rude people, the price we paid was not worth the service we got. We have used Ducret many times with my family but this year we had a terrible experience. The people we had, led by Mr. Christophe, were rude and arrogant. They packed all our things and moving them to our new place broke a paint, a paddle and a glass. We know that this things can happen, but we had a fight with them in order to write down these things on their report and have their company paying for their faults. Again, you don’t want to deal with rude people and i believe the price we paid was not worth the service we got. The worst thing, is that they were not respecting the Covid safty measure and were working without mask, althought we asked several time to wear the mask.

Very Impressive Service. Lots of help with regards to the many questions I had, which were answered quickly and professionally . I elected the packing service, and of course removal service, and I was amazed how they operated. Very clean, nothing damaged, nothing broken, and everything wrapped, and I mean EVERYTHING. Moving day was equally impressive. Plastic sheets all over the floors, a lift to hoist all my stuff , parking zones arranged, and a full team to rebuild everything they dismantled from the previous apartment. They cleaned up after themselves, and returned later to take away all my cardboard boxes. Wonderful Service, I would very highly recommend this professional service . First class
