Genix installed our Ajax system at our home in Geneva. They are fantastic!! Our installation wasn’t the standard one. We were replacing a legacy wired system and wanted a couple of unique customizations. All the other companies that quoted were either more expensive or unable to articulate how they would address our peculiar needs. Genix was different. They didn’t overquote or try to upsell us on any product. They were very friendly and flexible with installation dates etc. Their knowledge of the system and the quality of their work is also excellent. And they also have amazing response time. We called them yesterday because we had issues with the home Internet and it affected the Ajax system. I messaged at 7:30AM and someone was here at 9AM. All to say - I highly highly recommend them!
