Solstis SA handled our photovoltaic installation. We had an initial meeting where they explained all the steps involved. We were very impressed with the discussions, as they were highly professional and thorough, and at no point did we feel pressured into anything. During the pre-installation site visit, their advice and feedback reinforced our decision to entrust them with the project. The installation itself was completed on time and according to schedule. All the contractors were courteous and respectful, and the work was carried out with precision and perfection. Throughout the entire project, we had readily available contacts who were always ready to answer our questions. This company is a gem. We highly recommend them.
The entire project (study, quote, administration, planning, execution, and commissioning) was completed to our satisfaction within three months. The people we dealt with were competent and friendly. The panel installation was carried out according to schedule, despite the poor weather conditions at the beginning of January. At the end of the project, the site was completely cleared and cleaned. We are therefore very satisfied with Solstis' services.
Yesterday, the Solstis team completed the first stage: installing the 13 panels, optimizers, cable run, and inverter. This was done diligently and efficiently by a very friendly team. We eagerly await the second stage, which will be connected by an electrician.
