Very professional, efficient and clean
This company is run by people who know absolutely nothing about windows, with a pretentious team leader. A word of advice to anyone considering buying from them: it's better to choose large companies that offer better customer service. The positive comments in the review are posted by the managers themselves... truly appalling.
The work is a disaster; the workers didn't take any photos, and when we pointed out all the defects, they simply told us those workers had been fired. Someone came to do a makeshift repair of the faulty seal, but it didn't solve the numerous problems. Cold air is coming in around all the window frames, which we didn't have with our old windows. They don't respond to our calls. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
The worst company in Geneva. Poor product quality (scratched windows). Faulty installation. We had to wait almost a year for the installation of the product, which was also defective. To top it all off, GS WINDOWS is demanding payment for work that was never done! This company is absolutely not recommended; avoid them at all costs.
