I would like to thank the technician for his excellent work replacing the built-in refrigerator and freezer at my mother's house. He was very professional, punctual, and meticulous. In addition to his efficiency, he was kind, polite, and helpful, taking the time to explain things and leaving the job spotless. We are very satisfied with his service. I highly recommend him.
I engaged electroHome for the replacement of the two door joints of a dishwater. The service was good- - respect of timing and good communication However, the cost of the replacement: 2 joints (invoiced together at over 200 Frs) and working time made the final invoice a whopping 460 Frs. While I accepted this as I prefer repair over replacement, I also feel that the price/value balance is clearly negative.
