I called the company several times a day; they promised to come to our restaurant for a service call, but they never showed up. Do not contact this company under any circumstances; they are unprofessional and your business could be disrupted.
4 hours late, constant lies, don’t know what they are doing or how to deal with people. Go any place else. To the below comment. I have experience in 22 years of refrigeration. But all I did was drive around looking at things with you! Your workers were 4 hours late for a job were I was waiting around. Not to mention the 9pm phone calls I received for asking questions. When you said you would pay me for the 3 days of work and running around ( not 2 but 3) I never received. And your vans re fitted out with plumbing tools. The flair bocks you use to join copper is for plumbing - refrigeration is a different angle. You did not even know that, and you call me out! Absolutely terrible service. And you to mention that I did things wrong, we both know it’s a lie. I have never ever seen people so incompetent in my life. People will realise and have realised how bad you are.
We had scheduled an appointment for a refrigeration technician to repair one of our bar fridges at our nightclub. Since it's a nightclub, there's no staff on-site during the week, especially in the mornings. So we had to arrange for someone to come out. The company called us 20 minutes before the appointment because "they had more urgent jobs" and "they could come the next day between 8:00 and 2:00, but couldn't give a more precise time." I then expressed my dissatisfaction, and they told me, "Sir, if you're not happy, you can go somewhere else!" Truly professional service!
Very good company. When It was time to set up refrigeration devices at the restaurant they were very reliable and installed what was requested very quickly. If anything I would work with them again.
