We had a pleasant experience working with Gremper SA during the renovation of our home's plumbing. The work was of very high quality, and the company proved to be flexible, responsive, and business-minded when needed. I highly recommend this company for all plumbing and sheet metal work.

NEVER AGAIN!!! A complete disaster, more so in terms of customer service than the quality of the work performed by this company's employees. We hired Gremper to redo almost all the plumbing in an old house, but at the end of the job, the kitchen sink was clogged due to a collapsed old pipe. Gremper's management was extremely unpleasant and refused to address the problem, insisting only on the legal aspect of liability. We withheld 10% of the bill while waiting for Gremper to find a solution to repair the defect. But instead of finding a solution, Gremper immediately sued us, which cost us a fortune, and we had a clogged sink for the entire duration of the trial. Since we lost the case (on a legal technicality because it wasn't easy to locate the faulty pipe), we called in a small plumbing company in Lausanne to take care of it. They found a solution in 5 minutes by diverting the sink drain to the second pipe system, and for less than 1000 CHF the problem was solved. So instead of launching a tedious and very costly legal battle for everyone involved, Gremper simply had to offer this very simple solution themselves. It's clear to me that as long as the current management at Gremper remains in place, this company will not be setting foot in my home. One point for this completely anti-business and unprofessional behavior. Not to mention that they used our garage as a dumping ground for all the old plumbing pipes that I had to remove myself by hiring construction dumpsters.
