I used to love this shop for its great range of arts supplies at reasonable prices. But the shelves are not re-stocked nearly often enough. And in the hardware section, you have to ask for the prices... I had wanted to buy a pottery wheel, which I was told would probably be there the following month, but wasn't. So, in April I placed an order. It is now July and still nothing! I went to the shop twice to ask why it should take so long. Apparently they only order once a month, or every two months! They did not seem concerned that I should have to wait for so long. I feel they don't care about their customers, or actually selling. This is no way to run a business. Very disappointing and frustrating.
