Reading Google reviews, I often see the word "thieves" used in connection with your company. I find this term excessive, but I understand your customers' frustration. In my opinion, the main problem doesn't stem from TECHINTER itself, but from the Italian product they use, which is of very poor quality. The equipment constantly breaks down, making the work slow, complicated, and expensive—very expensive and very slow. But it's on the maintenance side that they make their money. We have four barriers installed, and none of them work properly. They are regularly out of service. For the past month, a crucial barrier for our customers' entry has been out of order, directly impacting nearly 700 customers a day. It's truly unfortunate, as this situation is severely damaging our business. The product is unreliable and of very poor quality.
