A very bad experience with RB Energies. They were sent to us by a company that manages all our stores in Switzerland. This contracted company, whose employees are cross-border workers, only has one thing in mind (making as much money as possible), but they have no technical expertise. Our air conditioning system still doesn't work. My colleagues at the other stores are also complaining about their lack of competence. Our management is about to terminate the service contract and bring in a competent company to get our air conditioners working properly.
