Mr. Gilles Guignard has assisted me and my clients in several areas, to our complete satisfaction. He is clear and precise. I can only recommend him to anyone who needs the services of a notary.

Extremely disappointing experience. After a minor service rendered over five years ago, I received several payment reminders without any prior notification. The amount was negligible (approximately 80 CHF), but it took me a while to remember what it was for, as it had been so long. Even assuming the payment was simply forgotten (which I highly doubt), the mere fact of contacting a client five years later, without any communication in the interim, demonstrates deplorable administrative management and a complete lack of consideration for customer relations. I strongly advise against using this firm for anyone seeking professional, rigorous, and respectful service. Personally, I will never return.

Just needed a document legalization, no appointment needed, in and out in 5min, perfect.

Unprofessional! They quoted a price over the phone, but when you received the bill it was almost double. Plus, there were additional fees, and I received the document two months after the appointment, along with the invoice. I had agreed it would be sent within a few days.

It has taken me 2 months to get a simple contract « drafted » (they print ready-to-go templates) and authenticated. The price was negotiated at 400 francs (which is already asking a lot considering the service we received) , and with the bill arrive hidden fees such as administrative work (?) and correspondance by phone and email, equivalent to 50% more of the negotiated price. Where, most of my calls and emails related to simply asking them when will they do their job or how can I get an appointment. Don’t expect to come in, sign and get your contract straight away like they do in most other countries. It will be sent to you by post, a month later. This is my first experience coming to a notary in Switzerland so it might be as expensive and long everywhere else, but I truly feel robbed after having chosen ACTA. Very little value, efficiency and service for your money and time. I will do more research next time to avoid coming back, to the best of my ability.
