It is with great regret that I am writing this review after several days of waiting without a response from Mr. [Zambon]. This concerns the management of my child's supplemental insurance, where a blatant error on his part has caused a major problem. Unfortunately, it seems he doesn't even know his own job. Before signing the contract, I asked him twice if it was possible to cancel the supplemental insurance before three months. Each time, he confirmed that it was possible and that cancellation by December 31st would be no problem. However, it turned out that he was only interested in registering the contract and collecting his commission. Now, I am forced to pay for two supplemental insurance policies because the previous insurer refused the cancellation. I tried contacting him several times by phone and message to have him handle the cancellation of the new insurance policy, but he didn't even bother to reply. I strongly advise against wasting your time with this person, Mr. Zambon, as he takes no responsibility for the work he does.
I highly recommend this insurance broker; their service is fast, efficient, and very advantageous for finding the best deals available. Thank you for all the much-appreciated advice for my car and motorcycle! ^^
