We worked with Gerald and he provided a fantastic chalet buying experience. Unfortunately the first sale fell through at the last minute, and Gerald went above and beyond to try to make it work, but the seller changed his mind. Gerald immediately provided us with alternate chalets, and we were quickly able to come to an agreement with another buyer and the sale went smoothly and promptly. He was always there to answer questions, and went above and beyond his remit to help us. It really was a pleasure working with him, and we look forward to staying in touch with him.

We worked with Kevin Giraudon to buy an apartment. We have been looking everywhere along the Lac Leman (Nyon, Gland, Morge, Lausanne, Pully,, Montreux etc...) for the past 6 months Kevin was very professional, responsive, pro-active; he took the time explaining to us every detail of the flat, the area, transportation, etc.. something we haven’t seen with other Estate agents.
