Cogestim used my personal data (phone number and email) illegally which resulted in me receiving approximately 70 phone calls from strangers and countless emails. I used to rent an apartment from them and when I quit the contract they used my personal data for advertisements. After talking to them they told me they would remove my data from their advertisements but they didn’t. I got the FDPIC (Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner) involved and they fought for me and it resulted in them taking it down and changing their protocol. From my experience, Cogestim don’t care and probably will continue to use people’s private data. If they do then contact the FDPIC and then they can continue fighting them directly.
I had a disappointing experience with Cogestim regarding a rental. The communication with this agency was frustrating; they often took weeks to respond to emails and provided little to no updates. I was told one thing by one employee and the absolute contrary by another. Additionally, I encountered a staff member on the phone who was quite rude and raised her voice during our conversation, which is unprofessional. I cannot recommend Cogestim, as there are certainly better agencies available that prioritize good communication and a positive attitude.
