I had a disappointing experience with Cogestim regarding a rental. The communication with this agency was frustrating; they often took weeks to respond to emails and provided little to no updates. I was told one thing by one employee and the absolute contrary by another. Additionally, I encountered a staff member on the phone who was quite rude and raised her voice during our conversation, which is unprofessional. I cannot recommend Cogestim, as there are certainly better agencies available that prioritize good communication and a positive attitude.
