I had a 4-year experience with Régimo and, in general, it was positive. They were responsive and usually handled repairs in my apartment without extra charges. So why only 2 stars? Because of how things were handled at the very end. When I announced my move-out, the staff member responsible for my apartment gave it to her friend, completely ignoring the candidate I had recommended—even though we had spent a lot of time preparing the paperwork. As I am pregnant, I wanted the handover to be smooth and hoped the new tenant could take over my furniture (good quality, low price). However, despite many emails, the staff never replied until I asked a French-speaking colleague to call them. They also refused to tell me who the new tenant was until after the contract was signed. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress: it took me a long time to finally contact the new tenant, and the negotiation over the furniture became very unpleasant, with them constantly pushing for lower and lower prices. Overall, the move-out process turned into a horrible experience for me.

I found the customer service extremely reactive and very professional. Besides, the app they are using is very efficient, and it avoids the excess use of paper as it is usually the case. Here, the whole process was digital. I am very satisfied with the team.

Absolutely disgraceful attitude towards customers, completely inflexible, lazy and extremely greedy. Maybe that can be said for all "Regie" in Switzerland, but they are inhuman.
