The people charge you the highest rents in Lausanne but does not deliver the service. Very greedy and incompetent people on the other line and I assume it all starts with the management. Disgrace
Dont recomand it! If you want to get out of the apartament before the contract expire, they act like no postulation is good enough for then making you pay 1/2/3 months more even if u bring people who wants your apartmanet! They put the excuse that the papers are not good but the truth is they wait for the best candidate waisting your time and money
Terrible agency. Reported mold problem 5 months ago. They have done nothing to fix the problem despite me reminding them every week. They don't care about tenants at all. Avoid them at all costs.
Unfortunately, it is hardly possible to be satisfied with the maintenance in this building. The washing machine has been out of service for over a month, and I have received no feedback regarding my request for an update. The lack of communication and resolution is inevitably frustrating and inconvenient for residents. I hope this issue is addressed promptly and that improvements are made in the responsiveness and reliability of maintenance services.
Very unstatisfied with the service. They give you a not fully contructed apartment as constructed with tricks. They are not transparent about the constuctions nearby by hiding it. They charge you for the new constructed apartment and in the end they fine for the thing that you have no idea if themselve did during the constuctions as many things going on around the floor. Also the new apartment is made out of very bad kitchen material that they go bad with even soft wipe with water.
