In our Apartment in Yverdon we live 2 years with champignon in EVERY room. It appears on the 10th day of our entrance. Nothing was done to eliminate the problem. They accuse us of breathing inside of the apartment. And other our neighbours too... Price is above median.

Very disorganised, and with no culture of service. You as a client are at the bottom of their concerns. I would never recommend this agency to anyone. It's now been 7 months since I left my rental and Galland refuses to answer my mails - I have been waiting for a final cost recap - without it I cannot unblock the guarantee at the bank. This company is either totally incompetent or malicious. The worse service ever.

Terrible agency, I haven't had such a bad experiency anywhere in Europe. They don't inform you if there is something in your documentation missing for their needs, they just procede to promise to "give you their final decision today in afternoon" (everyday the same sentence) and then never responds. I really wish I never had started dealing with these scammers

Lot of money and poor support and service from sales agent. Will not recommend this agency to handle the sale of your property. I got the impression that the agent was more on the buyers side, while I was paying the bill.. My two stars are more than generous!!

One of the worst rental companies I've ever dealt with. I had to terminate my lease prematurely because my work contract expired. Despite following the procedure (i.e., finding them multiple qualified tenants, giving advanced notice), they were incredibly slow to respond, and didn't even accept any of the candidates I proposed to them. They also charged an absurd amount (700 CHF) for cleaning charges, even though I cleaned the apartment thoroughly. They are reluctant to communicate via e-mail, which is difficult if you don't speak French well. Foreigners should definitely avoid this company; they will look for ways to take advantage of you!
