ATTENTION!!! 1 Star is generous for this agency! Avoid them at all cost, they will only cause trouble and take your money. I'd rather sleep on the streets than get an apartment from them. First they took money from us for the month and they started renovating the apartment after we paid and denied to give the key, for the month we paid we have not lived there and they are not willing to give us the money back or take them for another month. After that, they didn't finish the renovation but gave us keys to live there and now few months later they are sending people to renovate the floor while we live inside and they suggest that we should move out while they renovate the apartment. Really unethical and unhuman!!! If anyone had similar problem with Naef and found a solution please contact me! And PLEASE AVOID NAEF!
I am indignant with the answers and reviews I have read here and they correspond my experience to the dot! I find NO service at all. - the written communication (emails) are short, rude and INHUMAN!!! the attitude as if I don’t deserve to live on this earth - ROT in hell kinda attitude. Thank you for showing me TRUE attitude to foreigners in CH. I RARELY write reviews, but this experience was above and beyond. please NEVER EVA use this agency, even if the apartment is great, your experience with the agency will be such a huge disappointment - it is totally NOT WORTH IT!!!
Indeed 1 star is generous, we've been waiting for over 1 and half years to put end to a rent contract after the passing of a family member. This agency has been prolonging delays non-stop and has been less than helpful in every possible way. The appartment is now rented to someone else for months and still they cannot send some obscure bill for us to close our relationship with them. And the treatment is simply awful when they even bother to answer. Really just avoid with agency if you can.
Terrible customer service! We had to communicate with them when we found a place to rent. 1 star is still too generous! When our potential landlady was really nice and helpful, these guys left an awful impression: rude emails, and if you try to discuss something with them and ask questions they will see it like it's risky to assign you a home and withdraw your application! So unprofessional. We were really disappointed.
