Very negative experience with this agency ! Unfortunately, with plenty of people desperate for accommodation, I guess they can continue treating people as they please, but it is a pity to be left with a sour taste after each interaction (and after 7 years of tenancy). Looking forward to the day i do not have to contact them anymore.

They never answser when you call them. Liars! they fill their Google company profile with "nice reviews" which are obviously faked: all of them are dated within 2 months in 2022.

Its been a pleasure to work with Omnia Lausanne and region, in particular its gérance service. Its perfect size allows for a taylored and proactive approach and everyone is very helpful and skilled. I worked with M. Pires! Highly recommended!

DO NOT choose this AGENCY !! After the flat was handed over with just 2 small issues found the agency has refused to release the deposit and it has been more than 2 months as of today. After several emails and calls now they are claiming I need to pay a new oven, pluming services and other issues... This is unacceptable and unprofessional. The customer service is appealing and we have been forced to take legal action against them. PLEASE DO NOT engage with this agency

PPE Gerance is absolutely dissatisfactory with invoices not paid and money late or never collected from the PPE. Omnia managing director even blames the PPE for their own incapabilities. The new PPE gerance is still waiting for the handover of Omnia and the accounts never closed. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. All over a big arnaque. Also where is the survey where we can ask our money back as per money back guarantee and advertised on the website of Omnia? Another scam. Picture is attached.
