⚠️ BEWARE OF DIALARME'S ABUSIVE PRACTICES! ⚠️ I want to share my experience with this company to warn consumers about their deceptive sales tactics. During a sales call while I was moving into my new home, I was presented with an enticing offer: a free alarm system in exchange for a simple positive review and the placement of stickers on my front door and mailbox. However, what was never clearly stated from the outset was that this supposed "free" service actually concealed a firm commitment of several years (in my case, 5 years) with a monthly charge of over 100 CHF, totaling approximately 5,000 CHF by the end of the contract. The majority of the positive reviews you see here are therefore neither spontaneous nor sincere: they are written under pressure from the company, which encourages its new customers to write a glowing review in exchange for this false promise of free service. When I realized the deception, it was too late: the company hides behind an 11-day cooling-off period, never acknowledging the misleading nature of the initial sales pitch. They refuse any early cancellation, regardless of the customer's situation, and their only response is a complete disregard for the difficulties one might encounter. Their customer service is rigid and unresponsive, totally closed to dialogue, and their sole aim is to lock you into an unfair contract. If I had known, I never would have signed! ✅ If you are contacted by this company, RUN! ❌ Don't fall for their enticing promises! 💬 If you have been a victim of these same practices, share your experience to prevent others from falling into the same trap. I am currently taking steps with the relevant authorities to report these practices, which, in my opinion, constitute unfair competition and aggressive sales tactics.
During our meeting, Mr. Ziaya was very professional, offered excellent advice, and generously took the time to answer my many questions. The installation by Mr. Clavel went very smoothly, and Mr. Ziaya came by shortly afterward to ensure everything was working correctly and that I fully understood how to use the system and the application. I am very satisfied with the service.
