We recently had a heat pump installed by Naoenergy and overall, the experience was 5 stars. A special mention goes to Rafik Tighiouart, who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was always available, responsive, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish, even for aspects out of his responsibility. It really made a difference to have someone who spoke English and so reliable guiding us through the project. The installation team was equally impressive, efficient, discreet, and highly professional. They handled everything seamlessly from beginning to end, and the quality of the installation speaks for itself all done within 4 days. The only area for improvement would be internal communication. There were a few moments where things didn’t seem fully aligned between departments, particularly when the finance team sent the final invoice before the project was actually completed. That said, the overall service and experience were excellent, and we’re happy with the result. Highly recommended!

I have employed the services of NAO energy for multiple projects at my home. Solar Panels, Heat Pump, Air to air heating system and a battery. I am very happy with the system and am ready to move forward with another project soon. After 1 year, I have been evaluating the new system and am happy with the performance. My home was on an old electric heating system which wasn't effective or efficient. There were lots of discussions in the past and this was the easiest solution. NAO has been very good at advising me along the way in addressing my needs. At every step I felt I was given great advice and options to put together an efficient system. He always responded quickly to my questions and was a great liaison between all the aspects of the project and myself. John speaks English very well and was able to always make sure I understood the process and the technical aspects of the project. Above all, I felt John had my back in communications with NaoEnergy. I would highly recommend John Martin's work with NaoEnergy and NaoEnergy itself.
