I hired this company to redo all the heating and plumbing in my apartment a few years ago. For the past two years, I've been trying to get them to come and replace three valves in another apartment, and they refuse to do the work, giving me excuses like they're too busy and that I should call someone else. It's outrageous. And their secretary has the nerve to shout at me on the phone that they won't do any work, not now, not next year, not ever! It's inexcusable. I paid all my bills on time without any problems or issues. And now, this is their behavior and attitude. Shame on you!
