I wish to express my profound dissatisfaction with this service. The worker sent to my home did not speak French, making communication virtually impossible. Despite several legitimate questions about the work performed, I received no clear answers or professional explanations. Furthermore, the quality of the work was unsatisfactory. The finishing touches were neglected, and I was forced to hire another company, at my own expense, to correct the defects left after the initial work. I also deplore the lack of care taken in my apartment: tools were placed directly on my parquet floor without any protection, demonstrating a serious lack of professionalism and respect for property. In light of these issues, I consider the service provided unacceptable and in no way meets the standards one has the right to expect from a company contracted by a property management company.
