terrible customer service we asked for a phone number and contact details and are still waiting for them to sign the bottom of their emails what a joke they haven't even entered the 20th century much less the 21st century
Unpleasant
Be cautious! We booked our holiday accommodation with Bruchez & Gaillard. First, everything went normal, we booked, paid and received a confirmation. Then later they simply canceled on us which was after we had already done all our travel bookings (planes tickets etc.). Apparently, they found another customer who would rent the place for longer so they decided that they could make more profit by simply canceling us. This was also too late for us in order to find another accommodation for the same dates leaving us with no choice but canceling our holiday. A terrible experience!
