The TZ Menuiserie team did a fantastic job installing doors at my home in Trient. It's an old building, but they managed to make perfectly fitting doors. I'm very satisfied.

I take care of a 7 bedroom luxury chalet which had a problem of Capricorne de Bois. The chalet was not built by TZ Menuiserie, they only installed the window so the problem had nothing to do with them. The previous owner had already treated the chalet at construction but not correctly so the insects came back. I had seen the TV report about the chalet in Saas Fee and the fact that TZ Menuiserie was mentioned so I was very open with Mr Jacques Tschopp about the negative press they had received and he was happy to explain the issue and having read up on the Capricorne de Bois & seeing first hand the issue his explanation was plausible. The chalet is totally covered in aged wood and I had multiple insect experts consult on the best way to treat the infestation. The entire interior of the chalet had to be disassembled, this was all 5 floors and every wall in over 15 rooms. Gary Fort was in charge site of the disassembly and reassembly and we worked with Specibois for the extermination and prevention of insects. Both companies worked harmoniously together, any unexpected issues were dealt with rapidly, the deadline for the works were kept and if we asked for anything extra to be done it was accommodated. Gary Fort was an excellent site manager, we received detailed weekly reports and he went out of the way to make it easy for me to get to the chalet. I liked working with them so much that I have given them the project to redo the kitchen. I can only recommend this company.
