Absolutely love coming to Kor. The studio is beautiful, the classes are always so good (and hard!), and I always leave feeling stronger (and in pain). Such a lovely atmosphere and such a nice place to come to every week. Love all the instructors!
I was new to reformers and the team at KOR were so encouraging and supportive. After 2 sessions I already felt a difference and it made my touring and off-piste trips so much more enjoyable as I felt considerably fitter and stronger! The candlelit early evening session was especially enjoyable and calming after a long day. The space is beautifully decorated, a very cosy, clean and chic environment to strengthen mind and body.
