If you are looking for a professional cleaning service this is not it. You will pay for absolutely no job done. I asked for my balcony (with karcher) and sofa to be cleaned (I wasn’t home). When I came back I discovered that the balcony was cleaned with sponge and the sofa was only cleaned partially (no one called me or sent me a message). When I contacted the lady she told me that the karcher could not be done and so they just washed it without (which I already did myself before) and the pillows are not done for the sofa … for this I paid 200.- (and this is already considering a “gesture” they did. So yeah I’m still wondering what I paid for and I don’t recommend it for anyone.
I wanted to try on a sweater. I was told there were already two customers and that I should come back in 30 minutes. The store was almost empty. I've never been treated so badly. One of the saleswomen was stressed out over nothing…
