Absolutely professional, a very quick and efficient response, attentive to the problem and very clear in explaining the process, from start to finish, and in resolving the issue (gas heating malfunction and hot water production stopped). 48 hours from the initial request to resolution (telephone support 1 hour after the online request, 4 hours to isolate the problem (faulty circuit board), 24 hours ordering and receiving a new board, and then an on-site visit to repair and commission the system!! Bravo and a huge thank you!!!
