The service from the young woman who assisted me today was terrible; she was indifferent and arrived late to our appointment. When I tried to access my bank account, the system wasn't working, so they made me come back. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. The young man at the entrance (clearly inexperienced, as he looked to be about 19) also banged on the glass twice before opening the door, as if I were a dog.
