I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your pest control technician. He arrived without basic equipment such as a cable reel, showed no motivation whatsoever, and was also very unfriendly. After fumigating, all the flies were simply left lying on the floor – an absolute disgrace and completely unacceptable. Such service is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to the customer. I expect an immediate response and a suitable solution.

After discovering a wasp nest on my balcony (already quite large), I contacted several companies, but they all charged very high prices and seemed somewhat opaque/unprofessional. The fire department informed me that they only remove bee nests, not wasp nests! After further searching online, I came across Mr. Borer, who clearly explained his service and offered me a good price, significantly lower than the initial quotes from the companies I contacted. Mr. Borer came by the same day (I live in Basel-Stadt) and removed the wasp nest. I was very happy about that! Therefore, 5 stars from me :)
