After my inquiry, I was contacted immediately and the wasp problem was resolved very quickly and extremely professionally. I am very satisfied and can recommend S&F Insect Control with a clear conscience (especially Antonio Salomo).

There were two wasp nests on my balcony, under the wooden decking. After checking the website of the Swiss Pest Control Association and calling S&F Insect Control (including information on costs and payment methods), I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians, Mr. Kirchhofer, that same day. Mr. Kirchhofer arrived within 24 hours of my initial contact. He explained the procedure and identified the type of wasps. Mr. Kirchhofer is very friendly and made a very competent impression. Since his treatment (dusting method) a few days ago, no more wasps have appeared on the balcony. All measures taken were documented in a work report. The company committed to a second treatment if the first attempt was unsuccessful. I would use this company again without hesitation and can recommend them 100%! I only received a brief on-site inspection from S&F Insect Control, lasting approximately 30 minutes. There was no roof inspection, no technical analysis, and no work was carried out using equipment such as a skylift. We simply had a short discussion about a possible course of action. Despite this, I received an invoice for around CHF 150 with several items that, in my opinion, clearly exceed the scope of the work actually performed. When I inquired why these services were being billed, I received no substantive explanation. Instead, I was emailed a PDF containing a court ruling, supposedly to underscore the legal enforceability of such invoices. This made it unmistakably clear: either pay or face legal consequences. Therefore, I feel compelled to settle the invoice, not because I am satisfied with the service provided, but to avoid further hassle. I would have preferred a more nuanced explanation and a more accommodating solution. I'm left with the impression that they're charging flat fees for inspections, regardless of the actual time and effort involved. This isn't what open, transparent communication and customer-friendly service look like. I'll pay the bill, but I won't retract this review.

I am very satisfied with the professional service provided by this company. Insects and spiders had caused considerable damage to the facade. Despite a great deal of manual effort, the situation didn't improve. Today, we have no unsightly dark stains on the building's exterior, and it looks well-maintained.
