Easy place to shop, lots of selection for most products. Even a eco cleaning range, dishwasher tablets etc. clearly set out shelves, navigation, ranges, prices and even a toys section. Prices not too far off UK. Gluten free bread is extortionate (but to be expected)
Recently refurbished store. Preferred supermarket in Verbier.
A dream come true
Wish they stayed open a little later but otherwise great!
Despite the oldish not-so-sexy 80’s ambience, in my opinion, it’s the best and most convenient place for grocery shopping in town. Great choice of fruits, vegetables, and diary products. Bread cooked on premises. Usual very appreciated own-brand Migros products. They sell also stationery. Unfortunately no butcher service (but plenty of conditioned quality-meat in the large fridges). Taxed trash bags (the only ones you can use if you want to use the municipality’s collection points) are sold at the checkout counter: you need to ask for them. I’ve always found the employees generally very friendly and helpful. Migros does not sell alcohol nor cigarettes, but fortunately Denner (discounter with an extensive beer and wine selection) is just outside, after the cashiers. Not always easy to park the car in the garage: the architects probably did not account for today’s bigger cars.
