We found Savills to be extremely efficient and professional when purchasing our property. They went above and beyond to make the experience as simple as possible and as we were purchasers from a different country, the level of consideration in providing photographs and videos was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend them.
As a landlord it has been great to work with Savill's, they are extremely professional and quick to respond to any queries. I feel that our chalet is exceptionally managed and it I fell confident that our home is being well looked after, whilst they also take care of the guests, resulting in a lot of repeat bookings. Great service.
Had a fantastic stay in an apartment in Le Continental building and the service and support throughout our time was fantastic. Sophie went out of her way to help on various occasions facilitating a cleaner, providing us with additional space for storage and generally on point for anything we needed. A repair was needed to the bunk beds while we were there and this was dealt with within the day even when we’d said it wasn’t urgent. Great service, great apartment, would recommend and would happily return soon!
Proceed with extreme caution if you choose to work with this company. When renting our apartment: - we were shown facilities that were advertised as for use by all residents, but were private for only one apartment; - subsequently had to move all of our personal possessions in to a parking space in a communal garage; - from the day of moving in endured 6 weeks of noisy and dusty building works in the apartment below, that we had not been made aware of before we agreed to rent the property; - found the washing facilities to be poor and dying facilities non existent; - with attempts made to charge us for the removal and storage of items that were crammed in to every cupboard in the kitchen, preventing us from storing food for our family. The rentals lady responsible: - denied all responsibility for any of the issues; - despite 50 watts app videos, denied the building works were an issue nor any rent reduction was due; - failed to disclose an alternative rental option during the building works that had been made available to us by one of her colleagues; - said she could not remember any conversations about the facilities when she showed us the property; - lied to my wife and threatened her with legal action as it was “her word against ours”. When we engaged with the senior management team at Savills responsible for oversight of this employee, they remained happy to accept her version of events; refused to condone such behaviour; and insisted we remained financially liable. Verbier is a big town, with many property agents. We strongly suggest you go elsewhere for your requirements.
