Don't rent there. Very nice staff but the one-week rental over the new year was well below par. Old appliances, uncomfortable bedding and no hot water in the evenings. This apartment should not have been put on the market, especially not for the very hefty price we paid. They refused any form of compensation for our disagrement.
Beware before you use this company, they will make false claims about damage and add charges to your credit card without authorisation.
Caution: I've been waiting for over a month for a refund of my deposit on a holiday apartment with free cancellation. The company's behavior in various interactions is unprofessional and disregards customer service (demanding a (secret) credit card security code for the refund, threatening to deduct fees, and employing delaying tactics) and obstructing the refund process. I've tried everything – but the only remaining option is to pursue legal action to demand repayment... shameful!
