I had one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had at Michaud in Verbier. Even though I didn’t end up making a purchase this time, the sales associate took a lot of time to guide me through the different watch models and even shared some history about the brands. I brought a Oris watch. Despite the fact the store do not represent the brand the owner was super helpful. Took my watch, sent it to Oris directly and few weeks later I got it back serviced and returned like a brand new. Highly recommend the store and the customer service .
Very kind, courteous, polite , patient and professional. They showed me what I asked for and even went out of the way to help me compare with the others I had in mind. The sales girl and her manager were extremely helpful. Unfortunately I did not ask them their names and would have definitely mentioned their names here. This was on the 15th of March 23.
