Terrible experience. I met Kim Taylor who showed me the flat I wanted to rent and she was friendly. It was a pricey one bedroom apartment, as it is in Verbier. Once rented James Crawford took charge and was rude and inappropriate often times in his communication style. I looked after a dog who ruined some furniture and I took care of it and paid all the bills. I was attacked by James when I said to please maintain me in the loop what sort of chairs the owners wanted before simply buying and making me pay. He also entered multiple times my apartment without permission. It was for works but there needs to be a notice prior to simply entering someone’s apartment. Towards the end of my lease I came home to find someone who had entered my apartment yet again to do works with a key in hand without any warning, showing lack of communication between the owners and the agency itself. Throughout I experienced a lot of disrespect and I am finishing my lease with a sense of mistrust.

We are very satisfied with Verbier Rentals and I give them my best recommendations. They are swift in responding to questions and are always there to help in case there is anything that needs to be fixed in our apartment. The apartment we are renting is cosy, nicely furnished, and with a large balcony facing southwest. The location is nothing but perfect; only two hundred meters from the Medran lift. When I return to Verbier I will for sure contact Verbier Rentals again as they have the best offerings on the local rental market.

I visited few apartements around Verbier, Switzerland offered by verbierrentals and they all having large balconies facing the sun and beautifull view of the moutains. Salons, rooms are full of ligh with nice furnitures. Kitchens are clean and very good equiped. Bathrooms are clean. I had choice one which was just perfect for my needs. The all team is very kind to help to make your stay as pleasant as possible :-) :-) :-)

Verbier Rentals are a great agency in resort- good management, good Ops team and have a really good list of properties on their books. We've used them for years and we cannot fault the interactions over that time. Highly recommend!
