Excellent service provided by the Technico-Commercial, the Assistant Support Technique on the phone, the young lady Samantha who came and did the installation and also the After Sales Technician who helped me install, the required Extender. Great support staff and service!!
Appalling! The customer is passed from one department to another on the phone. The staff have a multitude of excuses for not calling you back and resolving the issues. Thankfully, the technicians are polite, punctual, and efficient.
Not all the people employed are trustworthy.
During festivals (like the Irish Festival in Sion), they only did three patrols in the outdoor camping area over six hours! (There were fights and people who fainted, but no security guards were present!) Furthermore, as soon as the festival ended, no security guards were there to monitor the goings-on and camping areas. I had to help unconscious people myself!
Reading today's newspapers, what a fine business. Heartless, shameless, shame on you.
