After studying photovoltaics for many months and comparing numerous offers in detail, I can say that Swiss-InstaSolar more than deserves its 5 stars. Our installation, located in Prêles on the Plateau de Diesse, includes 58 490W panels, a Huawei inverter, a 21 kWh Huawei battery, and two electric vehicle charging stations. Before making our decision, we requested several quotes and compared every technical aspect. I even asked Swiss-InstaSolar for a final quote when we were ready to sign with another company. I was completely transparent with Julien Bee, the owner, explaining the situation. I simply gave him the list of equipment I wanted, without ever showing him the other offers or mentioning their prices. Less than two days later, we received an absolutely identical offer, but nearly 30% cheaper. So we chose Swiss-InstaSolar. And what's most impressive is that the quality of the installation more than confirmed our choice. Julien and Ibrahima from Swiss-InstaSolar, along with Pierre from Voltaïk Sàrl, did an exceptional job. You can immediately tell they take pride in their work. The project was perfectly organized, the finishing touches are impeccable, and every detail was meticulously considered. A huge thank you to Pierre for his electrical work. He always sought the most aesthetically pleasing and efficient solutions, even going so far as to correct some elements of my electrical panel, which had been installed by local electricians and were not up to code. Julien Chaumet is a true perfectionist. I used to tease him regularly because he was always looking for the cleanest and most aesthetically pleasing solution, right down to the smallest details. Even in our old boiler room, which was far from simple, the result is flawless. He even took the time to find identical tiles to replace about twenty old ventilation tiles. It's this kind of attention to detail that makes all the difference. Thanks also to Ibrahima for his efficiency and dedication throughout the project. Finally, a huge thank you to Julien Bee for his patience, attentiveness, availability, and the quality of his advice. From the initial meeting to commissioning, we always felt supported with transparency, professionalism, and care. Today, the system is working perfectly. During periods of good weather, we cover all our electricity consumption and feed a significant amount of energy back into the grid. I recommend Swiss-InstaSolar without hesitation. A serious, competent, transparent company that is passionate about its work. That's rare enough to be worth highlighting.

I'm so far very happy with the whole process of installing photovoltaic panels on our roof. I got offers from 6 different companies, but Swiss-instasolar proved to be not only the best, but also the fastest one (eg. addressing our concerns, replying to our questions) and the most helpful (providing good advice with pros and cons of different solutions). They were also very flexible and quickly responded to our urgent need of removing old thermal panels (due to the issue which would be too costly to repair), which appeared only about a week before scheduled installation date of photovoltaic ones. Doing both at the same time allowed us to reduce costs of not having to do two separate interventions (scaffolding etc.) and optimise placing new ones on the roof (eg. reusing the place occupied by thermal panels).
