Our old, reliable heat pump and boiler needed replacing after more than 20 years, and we decided to have R. Werner AG handle it. We deliberately chose a local company and haven't regretted it. The consultation regarding the selection of the right model and equipment, in cooperation with Meier-Tobler, was very helpful and efficient, even for someone without technical expertise. They took care of all the paperwork and registration for us. On the first day, a team of hardworking men arrived promptly and dismantled and disposed of the old system within just a few hours, without causing any damage to the house. As promised, we had hot water again that very evening. The work was well-coordinated, and the tradespeople did excellent work while also being friendly and considerate. After five days, the work was completed as planned, and the boiler room was left clean and ready for handover. Such a project can be a bit nerve-wracking beforehand, but we haven't regretted it at all and are completely satisfied with the result. Everything works perfectly and can now be controlled and monitored via an app. Thank you very much. It's clear that Janick Werner has done this before and has good, reliable people at his disposal.
