Embarrassing behavior.
Suddenly the power went out. The electrician spent hours searching for the cause. Water in the wall and ceiling, caused by a faulty seal, was the culprit. Unfortunately, it happened on a Saturday. I contacted Sansec AG, and two hours later a technician was on site, located the leak, and initiated the first steps. Everything went perfectly and very professionally. I highly recommend this company.
