"Excellent service! I received an immediate response to my inquiry. I was particularly impressed that they even gave me an address where I could find the item, even though they didn't have it in stock themselves. That's truly honest and customer-oriented advice – thank you very much!"
We are very satisfied with your work (EWZ safety certification). Very competent, efficient, and friendly staff – thank you very much!
I had an partial outage at home and contacted their hotline on the weekend. They gave recommendations to check whether an electrician was really necessary. In the end, turning all fuses off and on again resolved the situation without the need for an electrician. I’m really happy about the conversation with them which underlines their trustworthiness.
WARNING! Overpriced! Switching off a kitchen appliance or unplugging it can easily cost CHF 270.00. I will not use Baer again.
Update: I've changed my review after the technician came by promptly today. I'm still upset about the way I was treated on the phone, but I appreciate that the technician came to resolve the issue immediately. This company came and left again without fixing the problem. They tried to fix it, but didn't give me a timeline for when they would get back to me. The office was rude when I called and tried to reach someone who would speak English. They simply hung up. Response to your comment below: The fact is, your secretary hung up on me yesterday afternoon. The technician simply said he couldn't fix it and that I should ask my building manager if the other lights were working. From what I've found out, some are, some aren't. He didn't give me a timeline or any instructions on what to do next. That's unacceptable. The secretary's treatment was also unacceptable. These are just facts. You, as someone who overheard the conversations secondhand, are denying what I experienced firsthand? It's hard enough living here when people have little tolerance for English people or foreigners in general, but to be nipped in the bud is the absolute worst. So could someone please arrange for me to call or email them to let me know the exact schedule or tell me who this mysterious third party is?
